Through small group personal training and one-on-one Personal Training, we provide the structure, accountability, and support most people need to stay consistent and improve over time.
We also offer Anytime gym access for those who prefer to train independently alongside their program.

For those who prefer to train independently, we still provide the environment and support to do it properly.

SHANNON NEVIN
The team at That Fitness Place is lead by the owner Shannon Nevin.
Shannon is a former professional Rugby League player for the Manly Sea Eagles and Balmain Tigers. For 25 years he has trained locals in Seaforth and his experience is second to none. He’s trained Olympic athletes, children with special needs, Seniors with Hip replacements and your average mum or dad that just want to lose weight and feel better. You can’t beat experience!
Shannon is also the founder of the Walk’n’Talk For Life Foundation that he started in Manly in 2016. His mission is to reduce suicide around Australia through connecting people and communities when they walk and talk their worries away.
