In our Group Personal Training sessions, you’re not following a generic class. Every member is trained individually within the group, with exercises tailored to your fitness level, goals, and experience.
You’ll follow a structured program while training alongside others, giving you the perfect balance of personal guidance, accountability, and motivation.
Our sessions run every Monday to Saturday from 5:30am to 11:30am. Sessions start every 30 minutes throughout the morning—simply arrive and a Trainer will take you through your session.
This isn’t a large, fast-paced circuit class. It’s a coached training environment, led by our Head Trainer Shannon, with over 25 years of experience helping people train safely, effectively, and consistently.
